Books, Documentaries, and Interviews: A Wrapup of Recent Projects

Recently, Kelsey Poor of Novaspace asked me to talk about what it means to be a space historian. I was halfway up a mountain and filmed myself on my phone in the last light of day. Nevertheless, I think it came out okay.

The children's book with shuttle astronaut Susan Kilrain is getting wonderful feedback from the most important audience of all — kids. And personally, it was nice to receive my copies and be able to put all seven books that have my name on the cover together for the first time.

"Moon on the Prairie," the documentary about the Cosmosphere I appeared in, was released. I love the final result — and was heartened to see my blurb on the poster too.

Thank you to San Diego Theatres for putting my name in lights at the Balboa Theatre the other week “For Creating Moments That Matter.” What a lovely thing to say!

I'm looking forward to announcing some new space writing projects soon. Thanks to everyone for your continued support!
